Every sponsorship and exhibition package for SASCON 2027, the ASIS International Sub-Sahara
Africa Regional Conference, in Accra, Ghana on 20 to 21 July 2027.
For context from the previous edition in Cape Town: Sponsorship from USD 1,500, booths from USD 900. The 2027 price ladder is being finalised; every package is price on application until
it is published, and the availability shown is the real inventory status.
Every package in this prospectus, including what it contains and how many are available,
is subject to committee confirmation and may change before sales open.
This prospectus is a web page so that it stays current and accessible. Print this page for

Headline sponsor

One organisation carries its name alongside the conference itself. The headline sponsorship is
sold once, and it places your organisation next to SASCON 2027 in every channel the conference
uses before, during and after the event, including the permanent archive of this edition.
What is included

The keynotes are the sessions the whole conference sits down for. Sponsoring one attaches your
name to that moment without touching its content, because delegates come back for programmes
that stay independent.

A stand puts your organisation on the floor the whole event crosses. Stand allocation opens
once the venue is confirmed; enquire now to be in the first round of choices.

- A stand in the SASCON 2027 expo area, with location and dimensions agreed once the venue is confirmed
- Expo passes for stand staff, with the number agreed at contract
