This package, including what it contains and how many are available, is subject to committee confirmation and may change before sales open.
A stand puts your organisation on the floor the whole event crosses. Stand allocation opens once the venue is confirmed; enquire now to be in the first round of choices.
What is included
- A stand in the SASCON 2027 expo area, with location and dimensions agreed once the venue is confirmed
- Expo passes for stand staff, with the number agreed at contract
- Your organisation named in text with a link in the exhibitor listing on this website
What is not included
- Lead capture. Eventee, the conference platform, does not currently offer exhibitor lead retrieval, so badge scanning and exported delegate contacts are not part of any stand package
- Conference session access. Stand staff receive expo passes only
- Delegate contact data. Attendee lists are never sold or shared
