This package, including what it contains and how many are available, is subject to committee confirmation and may change before sales open.
One organisation carries its name alongside the conference itself. The headline sponsorship is sold once, and it places your organisation next to SASCON 2027 in every channel the conference uses before, during and after the event, including the permanent archive of this edition.
What is included
- Named as headline sponsor of SASCON 2027 in every conference communication
- The most prominent sponsor position on this website, with your name in text and a permanent link
- A speaking opportunity in the plenary programme, agreed with the programme committee
- First choice of stand location in the expo area once the venue is confirmed
- Named recognition at the opening and closing ceremonies
- Complimentary conference passes, with the number agreed at contract
What is not included
- Lead capture. Eventee, the conference platform, does not currently offer exhibitor lead retrieval
- Delegate contact data. Attendee lists are never sold or shared
- Editorial control of the programme. Case-study clinics remain restricted to in-house practitioners
