Two days for the people who carry security risk in Sub-Saharan Africa: chief security officers, heads of security and safety, risk and resilience leads, law enforcement and defence, and the consultants and integrators who serve them.

A conference that moves with the region

SASCON is hosted by a different ASIS chapter each year: Abuja in 2023, Nairobi in 2024, Lagos in 2025, Cape Town in 2026 and Accra in 2027.

The archive of past editions, with photographs and sponsors named in text, is being assembled and will be published here. No attendance figure appears on this site without a source.

SASCON 2027 at a glance

Session counts, networking hours and CPE credit values will be published here as they are confirmed, each labelled as a target until the event delivers it. No number appears on this site without a source behind it.

Why attend

Learn from practitioners

Case-study clinics are restricted to in-house practitioners. That keeps vendors off the main stage and keeps the content honest.

Connect across the region

Two days of structured networking, built for a pan-African security audience and the people who serve it.

Maintain your certification

CPE credit values, and their applicability to ASIS certifications, are being confirmed with ASIS and will be published here.
