Promotional toolkit

Templates for telling your own network about SASCON 2027, supplied by ASIS International.

For speakers

Three sizes of the same card. Each file has three slides, the card with an arch, a circle or a pill-shaped stack as the frame for your photograph, and a fourth slide of examples.

For sponsors and partners

Banners and adverts for your own website, newsletter or email signature.

Flyers

The pack's four flyers, with the Africa mark replaced by the SASCON mark showing Ghana, for the organising committee, speakers and sponsors. Each file has two slides, the same flyer on two grounds: cream and navy for the registration, sponsor and ticket flyers, and cream and light blue for the speaker flyer.

The text on the flyers is the template's sample. Overwrite every name, title, date and time on them, including everything in angle brackets. The ticket flyer's member and regular rates are placeholders from the template: replace them with the confirmed SASCON 2027 prices before the flyer is used.

How to use a template

  1. Open the file in PowerPoint or another program that opens PowerPoint files.
  2. Where the file has several slides, choose the one whose frame suits your photograph and put your photograph in the frame. The small banner has no photograph frame; the picture in it is the pack's example. The flyers have no photograph frame either: choose the ground you want, overwrite the text, and on the sponsor flyer put the sponsor's logo where the box marked LOGO is.
  3. Export the finished slide as a PNG or JPEG image. If your program offers to export the whole file, choose that one slide, and set the image width to the size given above if your program asks.

The speaker cards and the flyers set their headlines in the Ubuntu typeface, and the flyers set most of their other text in Open Sans. If either is not installed on your computer the text will be shown in another typeface and may not fit. Both are free from Google Fonts: Ubuntu and Open Sans.
